If you do miss your delivery the carrier will leave a 'Sorry We Missed You' card for you to contact them to rearrange the delivery, however they will either re-attempt delivery on the next available working day or contact you to rearrange a new delivery date. The full and regular delivery service will resume from Tuesday 2nd January 2024.

We accept no responsibility for failed deliveries before Christmas if the delivery slot offered is refused by the customer, or if the carrier is unable to contact the customer on the details provided with the order.
