What if I miss my pre-Christmas delivery?

If you miss your delivery for whatever reason the carrier will leave a 'Sorry We Missed You' card for you to contact them to rearrange delivery, however they will either re-attempt delivery on the next available working day or contact you to rearrange a new delivery date. Full and regular delivery service will resume from Monday 4th January 2021.

2 – Pre-Christmas delivery is subject to acceptance of the first delivery appointment offered by the courier, and the contact detals such as telephone number and email address supplied with the order being correct and with the customer being contactable on them. We accept no responsibility for failed deliveries before Christmas if the delivery slot offered is refused by the customer, or if the courier is unable to contact the customer on the details provided with the order.
